Our Process

Interview & Estimate
1. The Interview: We gather information and review blueprints and pictures.
2. The Estimate: We prepare a preliminary estimate based on information from the initial interview.

A retainer fee of 5% of the preliminary estimate is required to begin the design
process. (This fee is required to cover the cost of drawings and samples and will be
applied toward to your final invoice.)


Design & Drawings
1. Preliminary Designs & Drawings
          We’ll need a list of appliances from you for proper design dimensions.

2. Design Selections: Cabinet styles (fronts, type of wood, colors and finishes, and hinge applications) are selected and samples are made of colors and finishes.

3. Final Drawings: Prior to rendering the final drawings, we will take job site measurements and all selections and comments are incorporated into the final cabinet drawings.
             We’ll need a list of moldings being used and countertop and floor thicknesses.

4. Client Approvals: Design and drawings must be finalized no later than 6 weeks prior to the final delivery date. We submit final drawings and samples to you for approval.
             We ask that you initial each elevation and the back of
             each sample for approval.


Construction & Installation
Once your cabinets have been completed, if you live within an approximate 2 hour drive of our facility, installation may be scheduled with at least one week’s advance notice. If you live further away, cabinets may be shipped to you in protective blanket-wrapped packaging. The delivery schedule for shipped cabinets may vary depending on location, number of cabinets, and shipping vendor.

A 50% deposit is required to begin the cabinet construction process and to schedule installation or shipping.
